Dana White on CM Punk and Brock Lesnar in UFC

By Jason Powell, Prowrestling.net Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

UFC President Dana White spoke with Dan Gelston of the Associated Press and confirmed that CM Punk will fight again. “I like that guy, White said of Punk. He’s a good dude. He wants one more. He wants to get another shot. I’m going to give it to him.” White said no date or opponent have been set before adding, “but I’m working on it.”

White also said he believes WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar will fight again. ““I think he’ll give it one more run,” White said. “I just think Brock loves to fight.” Read the full story at APNews.com.

Powell’s POV: White has been making similar statements about Punk for a while now, meaning his next fight doesn’t seem to be a priority. White also spoke about Ronda Rousey’s future and indicated that he supports her outside projects, which could include WWE. White also addressed Conor McGregor’s future with UFC and whether Floyd Mayweather will make the jump to UFC.
