WWE has announced that Roman Reigns will defend the Intercontinental Championship on Monday’s Raw television show. The challenger will be announced by Kurt Angle in the opening segment of Raw. Check out the official announcement at the WWE Youtube Page.
Powell’s POV: Perhaps the best news of the day is that WWE video host Mike Rome stated that the Ball family will not appear on Raw this time around in Los Angeles. Anyway, WWE previously announce Sheamus and Cesaro vs. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins for the Raw Tag Titles, Paige vs. Sasha Banks, and Cedric Alexander vs. Mustafa Ali vs. Drew Gulak vs. Tony Nese in a four-way to earn a spot in a No. 1 contenders match for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship.
