Monday’s WWE Raw scored a 2.23 rating, down from the 2.29 rating the show drew last week. Raw averaged 3.304 million viewers, down from the 3.404 million average from last week.
Powell’s POV: The August 29, 2016 edition of Raw delivered a 2.38 rating with 3.413 million viewers.
