Logo_NXT_dn_crop600WWE has announced that former TNA Champion Eric Young (a/k/a Jeremy Fritz) debuted at the NXT TV taping on Thursday. Young finished his run with TNA in March. WWE issued a mobile alert to announce Young’s debut.

Powell’s POV: I’m very happy for Young (and not just because his beloved Nashville Predators won game seven to advance in the NHL playoffs). I’ve been critical of some of his comedic characters over the years, but he works very hard and is never afraid to reinvent himself. He earned his opportunity.
