Jon Moxley spoke with KXNT radio in Las Vegas and said his AEW signing was kept secret. “Oh, it was top secret,” Moxley said. “Only a very select couple of people knew. Wasn’t very hard for me to keep it a secret because I’m pretty good at keeping secrets. Loose lips sink ships.”

Moxley also spoke about his excitement leading up his debut at Saturday’s Double Or Nothing event. “I’ve been looking forward to that day for a long time,” he said. “That was a long day. I woke up early, pacing around my house and I was so hyped up, I did take a nap in the middle of the day because I was like, I burned myself out just with anticipation… I did about 10,000 pushups throughout the night, trying to get at the end and I started warming up way too early. I was just doing pushups for two hours just to come out there and look jacked.” Listen to the full interview at KXNT.radio.com.

Powell’s POV: The interview is available via the link above and it will air on Saturday afternoon. The video footage of the interview will be released next week. The interview was conducted after Moxley’s appearance on the Talk Is Jericho podcast, and he spoke about how he’d been preparing for the interview and how he felt “lighter” coming out of the interview. Moxley also noted that the downloads for his episode on Talk Is Jericho doubled the show’s previous high mark.
