The NWA released footage of Marty Scurll challenging Nick Aldis to an NWA Title match that will be held at the Crockett Cup event on April 27 in Concord, North Carolina at Cabarrus Arena. The footage was taped at Saturday’s ROH television taping in Lakeland, Florida. Watch the video below or at the NWA Youtube Page.

Powell’s POV: A cool video with Aldis doing a good job of putting over the history of the NWA Title before making the pitch that he and Scurll team together in the Crockett Cup tag team tournament. Scurll challenged his longtime friend to a title match instead. The match has been confirmed for the Crockett Cup event, which will also features tag teams from the NWA, ROH, NJPW, and CMLL.
