Jeff Cobb defeated Punishment Martinez to win the ROH TV Title.
Powell’s POV: We have told Dot Net Weekly audio show listeners for the last two weeks that Martinez’s deal with the company is expiring and he is not expected to re-sign with the company. The assumption is that he is WWE/NXT bound. As such, the title change is not a major surprise, but I like the decision to make Cobb early in his run by putting the title on him.
