WWE has announced that the SummerSlam 2019 event will be held on August 11 in Toronto, Ontario at Scotiabank Arena. The same venue will host NXT Takeover, Raw, and Smackdown over the four-day stretch, according to ETCanada.com. SummerSlam Axxess will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre
Powell’s POV: SummerSlam is taking place earlier than usual in 2019, as this year’s event was held on August 19. It’s great to see the passionate Canadian fans getting one of WWE’s big four events.
