Actor Ryan Phillippe will appear on Tuesday’s WWE Smackdown television show, according to WWE.com.
Powell’s POV: Phillippe stars in USA Network’s “Shooter” television series, which featured Randy Orton as a guest star on this week’s show. Orton did a good job in the role of a militia leader, but his character needs to work on his long distance shooting.
