The attorney who represents former WWE wrestler Eric Arndt, who wrestled as Enzo Amore, issued a statement announcing that his client has been informed by the Phoenix Police Department that there is insufficient evidence in regards to the rape allegations that were levied against him. As such, no criminal charges will be filed against Arndt and the case has been closed. Read the full statement below.

Powell’s POV: The statement includes a note that Arndt is working towards “his next venture in the entertainment industry.” The belief is that Arndt was fired by WWE because he did not inform them of the investigation. Only time will tell whether the company is interested in bringing him back or if he has any desire to return to WWE, though based on the wording in the statement, it appears Arndt intends to pursue something outside pro wrestling.

  1. So yet another chick who accuses someone of rape after waking up stinking of regret. They seriously need to start charging these false accusers. Accusations ruin people’s lives.
