1. No Way Jose defeated Marcel Barthel.

Tommaso Ciampa came out for a promo. The crowd didn’t let him talk for a while. He finally said Johnny Gargano is gone and won’t be walking down that aisle again. Ciampa dropped the mic, sat in the apron for a bit, then left slowly. Ciampa ripped up Gargano signs along the way, including making a little girl cry and angering an old lady. Gargano attacked Ciampa him from the crowd. Security broke it up and removed Gargano from ringside.

2. Roderick Strong and Pete Dunne defeated Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch to advance in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

3. Ember Moon beat Aliyah.

Raul Mendoza was coming to the ring when Andrade Almas attacks him from behind. Almas cut a promo about his NXT Takeover match against Aleister Black.

4. Adam Cole beat Kassius Ohno.

William Regal announced that NXT will introduce a new North American Championship at NXT Takeover: New Orleans. EC3 made his entrance and said it’s nice that Regal is creating a championship to give to him on his first day. Regal announced that EC3 will face five other men in a six-man ladder match at Takeover.

5. Authors of Pain defeated The Street Profits to advance in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

6. Pete Dunne and Roderick Strong defeated Sanity to advance in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

7. Lars Sullivan beat Jon Silver.

Andrade Almas and Aleister Black brawled into the studio. Almas struck Black with a chair and left him lying.

Killian Dain, Lars Sullivan, Adam Cole, EC3, Velveteen Dream, and Ricochet all announced for the ladder match at NXT Takeover.

8. Velveteen Dream over Trent Seven.

9. Lars Sullivan fought Killian Dain to a no-contest. The other ladder match entrants came out and a big brawl occurred.

10. Kairi Sane defeated Vanessa Bourne.

11. Authors of Pain fought Pete Dunne and Roderick Strong to a no-contest in the finals of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly attacked both teams to cause the no-contest. William Regal came out to announce that there will be a three-way match at the NXT Takeover: New Orleans event for the NXT Tag Titles.

12. Ricochet defeated Chris Dijak.
