-WWE has announced that the Money in the Bank event will feature men’s and women’s MITB ladder matches featuring wrestlers from the Raw and Smackdown brands. The event will be held on June 17 in Chicago, Illinois at Allstate Arena.
-NXT will hold a Takeover special on June 16 in Chicago, Illinois at Allstate Arena.
Powell’s POV: WWE is selling tickets for both events as well as special combo pack tickets for both shows. The pre-sale for the shows begins today. The information released by WWE lists a noon CT start for the pre-sale, but the Ticketmaster website has the pre-sale beginning at 10CT/11ET. The general sale begins on Friday at 10 a.m. CT.
