The lawsuit filed by Flo Sports against WWN Live has been dismissed. Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com received statements from both parties in which they wished the other the best going forward.
Powell’s POV: It appears a settlement between the two sides was reached. Flo Sports was seeking $1 million in damages while claiming that WWN officials provided false online pay-per-view buy information prior to the two sides forming a partnership that ended in September 2017.
