The following matches are advertised for the WWE Fastlane event that will be held on March 11 in Columbus, Ohio at Nationwide Arena.
-AJ Styles vs. Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn vs. Baron Corbin vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. John Cena in a six-way for the WWE Championship.
-The Usos vs. New Day for the Smackdown Tag Titles.
-Charlotte Flair vs. Ruby Riott for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.
-Bobby Roode vs. Randy Orton for the U.S. Championship.
Powell’s POV: WWE added John Cena to the main event by having him beat AJ Styles to earn a spot in the match. I’m still wondering if WWE will add wrestlers to the tag title and/or U.S. Title matches. The Bludgeon Brothers are obvious candidates for the tag title match, and Jinder Mahal is a potential addition to the U.S. Title match. We’re also still waiting to see what Shinsuke Nakamura will do on the final pay-per-view before his WWE Championship match at WrestleMania.
