Ring of Honor officially announced Christopher Daniels vs. Cody (Rhodes) for the ROH Title as the main event of the Best in the World pay-per-view. The event will be held on Friday, June 23 in Lowell, Massachusetts.
Powell’s POV: It’s odd that Cody was pinned by Daniels in the Triple Threat with Jay Lethal at the last pay-per-view, yet he’s the one getting the title shot. Perhaps that will be explained somehow on television leading up to the match. Either way, I am looking forward to the main event and it looks like they could go either way with the outcome.
