2/22 WWE Raw Pre-Show notes: Live coverage of the WWE Network broadcast

-Scott Stanford, Booker T, Corey Graves, and David Otunga hosted the show from the studios at WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. The group talked about Godfather entering the WWE Hall of Fame. Booker said Godfather is “definitely a first ballot Hall of Famer.” Wow.

-The crew recapped the Fastlane main event and spoke about Triple H vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 32.

-The footage of Brock Lesnar attacking Dean Ambrose as he arrived at Raw was shown. Stanford said Lesnar and Paul Heyman will appear on Raw to address the situation.

-Footage of the Wyatt Family losing to Ryback, Big Show, and Kane at Fastlane was shown. There will be a rematch on Raw.

-The hosts spoke about Charlotte beating Brie Bella at Fastlane and discussed her potential challengers. Graves noted the number of NXT women, but he settled on Sasha Banks as the challenger. Otunga agreed, saying Becky Lynch already had her chance. Booker picked Lynch and compared the match to an upcoming MMA fight.

-Backstage at Raw, Renee Young interviewed Dolph Ziggler, who admitted that Kevin Owens beat him. The Miz interrupted and spoke about how he deserves a title match. He boasted about headlining WrestleMania. Ziggler cut him off and said that was five years ago. He questioned what Miz has done to earn the right to be Intercontinental Champion. Ziggler said he doesn’t think Miz even deserves to be a WWE Superstar. Good segment.

-As the hosts were talking, Edge and Christian walked onto the set. Edge shook Booker’s hand, and Christian shook Graves’ hand. They spoke about the premiere of their show last night and said they gave them a second show that will air tonight after Raw. They aired a clip from the show and wrapped up the pre-show moments later.
