Glory Pro Wrestling “Fear of the Dark”
Taped October 25, 2026, in St. Louis, Missouri, at the South Broadway Athletic Club
Released November 2, 2026, via YouTube.com
The lights were on, and the crowd was maybe 250. The ceiling here is pretty low.
1. Dante Pharoah vs. Logan Cavazos. Logan is a scrawny white kid with short blond hair; he’s competed in a lot of GCW scrambles in the past six or so months. I presume he’s still a teen. Logan hit a huracanrana early on. Dante hit an Orange Cassidy-style Beach Break. He choked Cavazos in the ropes. They traded chops. Dante hit a DDT, but Logan hit a suplex into the turnbuckles at 2:30, a Helluva Kick, and a dropkick. Logan hit a second-rope Meteora for a nearfall.
They traded forearm strikes on the ring apron, and Dante hit a Death Valley Driver onto the apron. Logan hit a flying somersault off the apron onto Dante on the floor at 4:00, and they were both down. They got back in before a count-out. They traded forearm strikes and chops. Logan hit a heel hook kick. Dante hit an Orton-style DDT out of the ropes and a brainbuster for the pin. A very indy-style match, but I enjoyed it.
Dante Pharaoh defeated Logan Cavazos at 5:44.
2. Moses the Deliverer, Tootie Lynn, and Anthony Lopes vs. Quest Parker, Chris Hendrix, and Cordell Cain. The heels all wore “Team Moses” T-shirts. Former teammates Lopes and Quest opened against each other, and the crowd chanted, “Traitor!” at Anthony. Nope, Hendrix and Moses wound up locking up instead, and we’re underway! Hendrix dropkicked Moses. Cain has a grunge look (think Raven’s WCW-era look with the flannel shirt around his waist), but I’ve liked what I’ve seen from him. Moses hit a flying back elbow on Quest at 1:30 and unloaded some chops. Tootie jumped in, climbed on Quest, and she repeatedly punched him.
The heels pushed Quest into their corner and repeatedly stomped on his chest. Quest finally hit an enzuigiri at 4:30, and he tagged in Cain. Cordell hit some flying back elbows in opposite corners, and a Sliced Bread out of the corner on Moses. Quest hit a springboard DDT on Moses at 6:00. Lopes got in and begged Quest for forgiveness; the crowd booed that. Quest hit a rolling German Suplex on Quest. Cain hit a stunner. Moses hit a superkick on Cain at 7:00. Quest was on the bottom of a Tower of Doom spot, and all of a sudden, everyone was down. Tootie hit a spinning skull kick on Hendrix and pinned him.
Moses the Deliverer, Tootie Lynn, and Anthony Lopes defeated Quest Parker, Chris Hendrix, and Cordell Cain at 8:36.
3. King Rahim vs. Shawn Aries. My first time seeing Aries; he’s a Black man with a really good physique. He doesn’t have a cagematch.net bio yet. Rahim is no longer “Rahim de la Suede” — he has transformed from a Godfather-style pimp character to this African royalty gimmick. He emerged wearing a traditional robe and carrying a crown. Standing switches to open. Rahim hit an enzuigiri and a dropkick. Aries scooped Rahim up and threw him across the ring at 1:30. He hit some running back elbows and got a nearfall. They went to the floor, where Aries threw him face-first into the ring post, then slammed Rahim back-first on the apron.
In the ring, Rahim mounted Aries and repeatedly punched him. They got up and traded forearm strikes. They switched to a knuckle lock and a test of strength at 4:30; Aries was visibly stronger and won that. He missed a Disaster Kick. Rahim hit some back elbows. Aries hit a bodyslam and a senton, but he missed a 450 Splash. Rahim hit a top-rope double stomp to the collarbone of a standing Aries and got the pin. I came away really impressed with Aries in my first time seeing him.
King Rahim defeated Shawn Aries at 6:51.
4. Allie Katch vs. Maggie Lee for the Glory Pro Women’s Title. Maggie wore a belt; I think that’s her TNA title, but I didn’t get a good look at it. Maggie attacked her as Allie got in the ring! She tripped Katch on the apron, with Allie’s face striking the apron. They brawled on the floor. Back in the ring, Katch hit a senton at 1:30 and a crossbody block. Maggie hit some spin kicks to Allie’s back as Allie was in the ropes. Maggie hit a spear into the corner and a guillotine leg drop at 3:00, and she choked Allie in the ropes.
Maggie stood on the floor and bent Allie backwards around the ring post, then she hit a drive-by kick and got a nearfall in the ring. Maggie missed a flipping senton. Katch hit a seated senton out of the corner and her rolling cannonball into the corner for a nearfall at 6:30. She dropped Maggie snake-eyes and hit an STO uranage for a nearfall. They got up and traded forearm strikes. Lee pushed Katch backwards into the ref, and the ref collapsed. Maggie grabbed a title belt, swung, and missed. Katch struck her and tried to wake the ref.
Maggie hit a running knee to the side of the head. She hit a moonsault (she overshot a bit and barely landed on Katch) and got a nearfall at 9:30.She missed a top-rope double stomp. Katch hit her piledriver for a believable nearfall, but Maggie’s foot was on the ropes! Lee grabbed the belt and struck her in the face. She hit a Lungblower-style knee strike to the face and scored the tainted pin! New champion! The crowd loudly booed the outcome. Maggie celebrated with both of her belts.
Maggie Lee defeated Allie Katch to win the Glory Pro Women’s Title at 11:14.
5. Mike Outlaw (w/Cinko) vs. Lenny Mephisto. Lenny wears makeup similar to Danhausen, but it’s far scarier. I don’t think I’ve seen him before. His heel manager ‘revived’ him (think PCO!) and he got up and stumbled into the ring. Yeah, PCO is a really good comparison here. (His cagematch.net bio shows he’s 41 and has been wrestling for 22 years!) Standing switches to open. They traded shoulder blocks with neither man going down. Lenny hit a huracanrana, and he dropkicked Outlaw to the floor at 3:30, then dove onto him, and they were both down on the floor.
Back in the ring, Outlaw got a rollup for a nearfall. He applied a rear-naked choke and kept Lenny grounded. He backed Mephisto into a corner and hit a series of chops. Mephisto hit some back elbows and a Michinoku Driver for a nearfall at 8:00. Mephisto hit a Northern Lights Suplex for a nearfall. They fought on the ropes, and Outlaw headbutted him, dropping Mephisto to the mat. Mephisto hit a second-rope superplex at 10:30. They traded punches. Outlaw blocked a Sunset Flip, sat down and leaned forward for added leverage, and scored the (clean!) pin. I expected Outlaw to win because I didn’t know Mephisto, but that was surprisingly competitive.
Mike Outlaw defeated Lenny Mephisto at 11:08.
6. “The Collab” Laynie Luck and Shazza McKenzie vs. “PME” Philly Collins and Marino Tenaglia for the Glory Pro Tag Team Titles. The women wore bald caps and white T-shirts and black ties; I’m not sure what this costume is! (Men in Black, with those sunglasses?) Shazza and Philly opened; of course, he would have the size advantage, but Shazza has slimmed down and really likes tiny standing across from him. She tied him up on the mat, rolled him over, and got a nearfall. They did some dance comedy that included the ref.
The guys each danced with a woman, and their bald caps fell off. The guys kicked them in their stomachs, but the women tied them in Octopus Stretches at 3:00. Laynie tripped Marino and traded reversals with him. Collins got back in and repeatedly punched Shazza in the ribs at 5:00, and he hit a spinning kick to her head, then a Bulldog Powerslam for a nearfall. PME hit a team suplex on Shazza at 6:30, and Collins slowed her in a sleeper. Marino hit a slingshot sideslam on Shazza for a nearfall.
Shazza got underneath Marino in a corner and hit a powerbomb, and they were both down at 8:00. Laynie got the hot tag and hit some clotheslines, then a German Suplex on Marino. Luck hit her double stomp to Philly’s ribs on the apron. She hit a running Mafia Kick for a nearfall. Marino launched off Collins’ back and dove over the top rope onto the Collab at 10:00! They hit a team slam on Laynie in the ring, and Collins got the nearfall. Shazza and Laynie tripped the guys and hit stereo bulldogs.
Laynie dropped Marino chest-first across Shazza’s knees for a nearfall. Marino hit a jump-up Frankensteiner on Laynie, and Philly hit an elbow drop on her. Marino slammed Shazza and got a nearfall at 12:00. Marino accidentally hit a spin kick on Collins! Laynie hit a stunner on Collins, who rolled to the floor. Shazza hit her Splits Stunner on Marino. Laynie hit her Athena-style flying stunner off the ropes and pinned Marino. Fun action; the Collab has some really good team offense.
“The Collab” Laynie Luck and Shazza McKenzie defeated “PME” Philly Collins and Marino Tenaglia to retain the Glory Pro Tag Team Titles at 13:00 even.
7. Rachel Armstrong vs. Shooter Shylynn vs. Blair Onyx vs. Lilith Khan in a four-way. Rachel just had a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it match on AEW TV, but she’s pretty talented. (Of course, she’s only about 5’0″, which made her an ideal opponent for Marina Shafir to throw around for a 98-second match!) I’ve now seen Khan maybe four times, and she’s a big woman at about 6’0″. The scary Onyx got a babyface pop; I don’t think I’ve seen this black gear with red lining. Khan mockingly patted Rachel on her head, and they all started brawling. Blair got shoved to the floor.
Rachel tried a shotgun dropkick on Khan, who barely moved. The cameras missed it, but I think Rachel hit a moonsault press. She hit a huracanrana on Khan, then a senton for a nearfall at 2:00. Shylynn hit a running body block to drop Rachel. Blair and Shylynn traded armdrags. Blair walked creepily like Bray Wyatt on all fours, but Khan stomped on Blair’s stomach to drop her. Shylynn and Khan hit splashes in opposite corners on their smaller opponents. They ran at each other and flattened Rachel between them at 4:30.
Khan bodyslammed Rachel and hit a leg drop on her. Shylynn put Blair in a Torture Rack and violently shook her before slamming her and got a nearfall. Rachel hit a standing neckbreaker on Shylynn for a nearfall at 6:30. She unloaded some chops on Khan (the size difference is so stark!) Khan dropped her with a Mafia Kick. Blair hit a top-rope crossbody block onto Shylynn and Khan.
Shylynn and Khan hit stereo Worlds Strongest Slams. Those two hit stereo clotheslines, and they punched each other, then did the double hair-mare spot and were both down at 8:00. Blair jumped back in and tried a pin on each. Shylynn hit a stunner on Blair, who creepily stood back up. Rachel hit a mid-ring Sliced Bread on Shylynn while the other two were fighting on the floor. Rachel then hit a top-rope 450 Splash to pin Shylynn! I enjoyed that.
Rachel Armstrong defeated Shooter Shylynn, Blair Onyx, and Lilith Khan in a four-way at 9:02.
8. Dan Adams and Kody Lane vs. Warhorse and Ethan Price. Again, the former “Dan the Dad” is now an everyman mechanic, and he carries a large wrench with him to the ring. It feels like Dan and Ethan Price have been feuding for a full year now. The ref tried to separate them, but they all started brawling, and we’re underway. Price launched off of Warhorse’s back and hit a flying clothesline. They all fought to the floor. Price leaned Dan against the guardrails and repeatedly chopped him. Kody was on the apron, but Warhorse clotheslined him at 2:00.
Price dove through the ropes onto both heels. In the ring, the babyfaces repeatedly slammed Dan’s head into the top turnbuckle. Price repeatedly chopped Dan. Dan hit a backbreaker over his knee for a nearfall at 5:00. Lane hit a swinging sideslam on Price for a nearfall, and the heels took control. Kody hit a back suplex and a senton for a nearfall. Warhorse tagged back in and brawled with Kody. Dan slowed Warhorse in a rear-naked choke. Warhorse suplexed Dan at 9:00. Kody got back in, knocked Price off the apron, and stomped on Warhorse. Price got a hot tag and unloaded some punches.
Price was bleeding near his right eye, and his face was really gross with a lot of blood. Price hit a double missile dropkick. Warhorse powerbombed Kody over Price’s knees for a nearfall at 11:00. Dan tripped Price in the corner. Price hit some punches on both heels. Dan hit a DDT. Kody hit his one-footed Lionsault on Ethan for a nearfall at 12:30. Warhorse tagged back in and hit a clothesline. The heels did a team Boston Crab on Warhorse, but Price made the save. Price hit an enzuigiri on Kody.
Warhorse hit a flip dive through the ropes onto the heels at 14:30, and suddenly everyone was down on the floor. In the ring, Dan hit a spinebuster on Price, then a Flatliner off the top rope for a nearfall. Price hit a German Suplex on Kody, and Warhorse hit a top-rope elbow drop for a visual pin at 17:00, but Dan pulled the ref from the ring! In the ring, Kody hit low-blow kicks on each babyface and got a nearfall. He yelled at the ref and grabbed his title belt. He swung at Price but missed. Ethan got a roll-up for the flash pin on Kody!
Warhorse and Ethan Price defeated Kody Lane and Dan Adams at 18:02.
* The heels continued to beat up the winners. Abrams used his wrench while hitting a Russian leg sweep. They set up a table and put Ethan on it. Kody hit a top-rope flying senton onto Ethan, breaking the table. The crowd loudly booed the sore losers.
Final Thoughts: A good show. While I enjoyed them having a weekly show, I think releasing the whole show all at once just works better. I will go with Collab vs. PME for best match, Maggie Lee vs. Katch for second, and the main event for third. I’ll reiterate that there were just two new faces for me tonight, and Aries really impressed. No must-see matches here, but the show as a whole worked for me. It runs about 2 hours and 20 minutes. Reminder: the show is free on YouTube.
