The Tuesday, September 1, NXT television show averaged 768,000 viewers on The CW, according to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics.com. The viewership count was up from the previous week’s average of 632,000. NXT finished with a 0.17 rating in the 18-49 demo, up from last week’s 0.09 rating.
Powell’s POV: The ESPN Unlimited streaming numbers are not included in the rating or viewership count for NXT programming. Good numbers for NXT coming out of the Heatwave event that streamed on YouTube. One year earlier, the September 9, 2025, NXT on The CW averaged 654,000 viewers and a 0.14 rating.
