WWE is advertising a Matt Riddle vs. Killian Dain in a street fight rematch for next week’s NXT television show. William Regal appeared in front of the live crowd after last night’s show went off the air and announced that the winner of the street fight will face Adam Cole in an NXT Championship match. Powell’s POV: Regal didn’t specify when the title match would take place, but the October 2 edition, which goes head to head with the premiere of AEW on TNT, seems likely. Keith Lee vs. Dominik Dijakovic has also been announced for the September 25 edition.
Also, Baszler vs LeRae for the Women’s championship will take place on the Oct 2nd show as well.
