-WWE Smackdown is in Miami, Florida at American Airlines Arena. Shawn Michaels is advertised as a guest commentator. Join me for the weekly live review as the show airs on USA Network at 7CT/8ET. -The latest Ring of Honor television show features the second show from the tapings that were held in Philadelphia the day after the Best in the World pay-per-view. My written review will be available today along with my members’ exclusive audio review.

-The dark main events advertised on the arena website for tonight’s Smackdown taping are Kofi Kingston vs. Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Championship, and Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre.

Birthdays and Notables

-Al Perez is 59.

-Sonny Siaki is 45.

-Perro Aguayo Jr. (a/k/a Perro Aguayo Ramirez) was born on July 23, 1979. He died after taking a dropkick during a match. The death was caused by cardiac arrest due to a stroke caused by three fractured vertebrae.
