Jon Moxley (a/k/a Dean Ambrose) added to “Cagefighter” movie cast

By Jason Powell, ProWrestling.net Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

Jon Moxley (Jonathan Good) has been added to the cast of the Cagefighter film. Deadline.com describes the film as the story of an MMA champion who loses a fight to a professional wrestling star making his crossover debut in the MMA fighting world, and how he must fight his way back to the top. The film is currently in pre-production.

Powell’s POV: MMA fighters Anderson Silva, Georges St Pierre, and Alexander Gustafsson are also playing roles in the film. There’s no word as to what role Ambrose will play, though obviously the pro wrestling star crossing over to MMA would seem to be a good fit.
