Charlotte Flair will serve as the honorary pace car driver at the Coca-Cola 600 race on May 26. The race will be held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Powell’s POV: The Memorial Day weekend race will be broadcast by Fox, so it will be interesting to see how much of a push they give to Smackdown moving to the network in October. I have no idea if the WWE and Fox connection played a part in Flair being named the honorary pace car driver, but it’s safe to assume we’ll be seeing some WWE and Fox crossover in the months leading up to Smackdown’s move.
