Tuesday’s WWE Smackdown Live averaged 1.833 million viewers for USA Network, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was down from the 2.072 million count from last Tuesday’s edition.

Powell’s POV: WWE has a real problem. The numbers for Raw and Smackdown continue to fall and Raw is widely regarded as a creative mess. Smackdown finished seventh in the 18-49 demographic behind the NBA and NHL playoffs, Curse of Oak Island, and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The May 1, 2018 edition of Smackdown delivered 2.436 million viewers.

Fox is trying to figure out a way to back out of that deal now. Then again it is Fox and they are trash themselves. Fox themselves are stuck in the past. Let’s see how AEW does on their first night.
