WWE officially announced the signings of Stokely Hathaway, Cal Bloom, and Robert Strauss to developmental contracts on Monday. Read the official announcement at WWE.com.

Powell’s POV: Strauss worked as Robbie E in Impact Wrestling and his signing has been in the works for some time. Bloom is the son of former wrestler Wayne Bloom, who worked in WWE as Beau Beverly. The WWE website story notes that Cal was trained by his father, Brad Rheingans, and Ken Anderson. Hathaway is a longtime manager who also wrestles. Here’s hoping that his signing is an indication that WWE intends to do more with managers.
