Jake Hager next Bellator fight date reportedly set

By Jason Powell, ProWrestling.net Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

Former WWE wrestler Jake Hager (f/k/a Jack Swagger) is expected to have his second MMA fight at Bellator 221 on on May 11 in Rosemont, Illinois at Allstate Arena. ESPN’s Ariel Helwani cited sources when reporting the date and noted that Hager’s opponent has not been finalized.

Powell’s POV: Hager defeated JW Kiser via first-round submission in his first MMA fight on January 26 at Bellator 214. It will be interesting to see if Bellator books him against a quality opponent or continue to bring him along slowly.
