WWE Smackdown in Portland (reports needed), WWE Mixed Match Challenge, ROH TV main event, Yokozuna, El Dandy

-WWE Smackdown Live is in Portland, Oregon at Moda Center with the final hype for Saturday’s WWE Super Show-Down event. WWE is playing up the conclusion of the angle that saw Samoa Joe show up at the home of AJ Styles last week. Join me for live coverage as the show airs on USA Network at 7CT/8ET. Dot Net Members will hear my audio review later tonight. Jake Barnett will be by on Wednesday with the WWE Smackdown Hit List.

-The Ring of Honor TV show includes Cody and The Young Bucks vs. Silas Young, Beer City Bruiser, and Brian Milonas for the ROH Six-Man Tag Titles. My written review was posted on Monday, and my members’ exclusive audio review should both be available today.

-The WWE Mixed Match Challenge streams on Facebook Watch tonight at 9CT/10ET. Each 30-minute show will feature a pair of mixed tag matches in the round robin tournament.

-The dark main events advertised for tonight’s Smackdown taping are AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan vs. Samoa Joe and The Miz, and Charlotte Flair, Asuka and Naomi vs. Becky Lynch, Peyton Royce, and Billie Kay.

-Who are you to question El Dandy? Roberto Frías is 56 today.

-The late Yokozuna (Rodney Anoaʻi) was born on October 2, 1966. He died of heart failure at age 34 on October 23, 2000.
