WWE Total Divas drew 454,000 viewers for E! on Wednesday, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was down from the 665,000 viewers drawn by the seventh season finale on January 31. The seventh season premiere drew 556,000 viewers and was opposed by the seventh game of the World Series.

Powell’s POV: Last night’s show drew a record low for Total Divas viewership. Call me crazy, but perhaps WWE’s strategy of running three first-run shows on WWE Network last night combined with hyping those shows, three pay-per-view events, and all of their other television shows on Raw and Smackdown worked against Total Divas.
