Impact Wrestling TV show, NXT TV taping (reports needed), Dot Net Weekly, Raw, and Smackdown poll results, NXT in Florida (reports needed), Jon Heidenreich

By Jason Powell, Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

-The Impact Wrestling television show features the debut of Rich Swann as the build to Slammiversary continues. Impact airs on Pop TV at 7CT/8ET. John Moore’s review will be available on Friday morning, and my Impact Wrestling Hit List and audio review will also be available on Friday.

-There will not be a new Dot Net Weekly audio show this week. John Moore and I recorded the three-part Impact Wrestling roster evaluation that aired last week and into the weekend. The show will return next week with Jake Barnett and I hosting. The members are listening to my audio reviews of WWE Raw, WWE Smackdown, and ROH, plus separate audio reviews on the WWE UK Championship Tournament with two shows recorded by me, and separate shows recorded by Darren Gutteridge and Haydn Gleed. Join us on the ad-free version of the site and access and our entire ten-year audio history by signing up for membership today via the Dot Net Members’ Signup Page.

-We are looking for reports from the NXT live events listed below. If you are going to one of these events or another upcoming show and want to help by sending in a report, contact me at

-NXT is in St. Petersburg, Florida at the St. Petersburg Armory tonight. WWE does not list talent for their Florida spot shows.

-NXT is in Orlando, Florida at Englewood Neighborhood Center on Friday.

-NXT is in Cocoa, Florida at Cocoa Armory on Saturday.

-Monday’s WWE Raw received a majority vote of B as the letter grade with 46 percent of the vote. I gave the show a B grade.

-Tuesday’s WWE Smackdown Live received a majority vote of B as the letter grade with 44 percent of the vote. I gave the show a C grade in that it was very slow going until the Team Hell No reunion at the end.

Birthdays and Notables

-John Heidenreich is 46.
