The following matches are announced for the New Japan Pro Wrestling “G1 Special” that will be held on July 7 in San Francisco, California at the Cow Palace.
-Kenny Omega vs. Cody for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship.
-The Young Bucks vs. Evil and Sanada for the IWGP Tag Team Championship.
-Jay White vs. Juice Robinson for the IWGP U.S. Championship.
-Kazuchika Okada and Will Ospreay vs. Tetsuya Naito and Bushi.
Powell’s POV: We’ll see how they fill out the remainder of the card, but this is a nice big four if that’s what they end up being.
