The following matches are advertised for the WWE Money in the Bank event that will be held on June 17 in Chicago, Illinois at Allstate Arena.
-AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE Championship with a stipulation to be announced.
-Braun Strowman vs. Finn Balor vs. The Miz vs. Rusev vs. Bobby Roode vs. Kevin Owens vs. a member of New Day vs. Samoa Joe or Big Cass in a Money in the Bank ladder match.
-Ember Moon vs. Charlotte vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Becky Lynch vs. two Raw wrestlers to be announced vs. two Smackdown wrestlers to be announced in a Money in the Bank ladder match.
-Nia Jax vs. Ronda Rousey for the Raw Women’s Championship.
-Carmella vs. Asuka for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.
Powell’s POV: The Styles vs. Nakamura match stipulation will be chosen by Nakamura, who earned the right to choose it after beating Styles on Smackdown. The story is that New Day will have to choose one member of the group to enter the MITB match. WWE is advertising Billie Kay vs. Lana, and Samoa Joe vs. Big Cass in MITB qualifiers for Tuesday’s Smackdown television show. I assume we’ll get more women’s MITB qualifiers on Raw tonight, but the remaining spots in the men’s match will be filled via Smackdown.
