The sixteenth installment of the NWA’s “10 Pounds of Gold” digital series “Authentic Is The New Hardcore” focusses on the Nick Aldis vs. Tommy Dreamer match for the NWA Championship from the House of Hardcore 39 event. Check out the video below or at the NWA Wrestling Youtube page.
Powell’s POV: In addition to the match footage, there are some great comments from Aldis regarding his philosophy on how creating emotion is more important than five star matches. The comments were made during a Busted Open satellite radio interview hosted by soon to be WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry, who is included in the video. There is also a good post match Austin Idol promo, and Aldis also notes that his next defense will be against Colt Cabana in China.
