WWE Live Event
Chicago, Illinois at United Center
Report by Dot Net reader Robert Perez

For the first time back at the United Center in almost 20 years, the arena was almost sold out with a few seats remaining at the top of the 300 level. JoJo was the ring announcer.

1. Matt Hardy defeated Bray Wyatt. Hardy won with the Twist of Fate.

2. Mustafa Ali defeated Jack Gallagher, Ariya Davari, and Lince Dorado in a Fatal 4-Way cruiserweight match. Ali got the pin on Davari with the 054. Second best match of the night. Ali got a good hometown pop from the Chicago crowd. His family was in attendance at ringside.

3. Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, Rhyno, and Heath Slater defeated “The Miztourage” Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel and “The Revival” Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder in an eight-man tag match. Gallows got the pin on Dallas after the Magic Killer.

4. Braun Strowman defeated Elias. Strowman won with the Running Powerslam. After the match, the crowd chanted “One More Time”, so Strowman gave Elias the Running Powerslam, one more time.

5. Universal Champion Brock Lesnar (w/Paul Heyman) defeated Kane to retain the Universal Championship. Lesnar hit the F5 for the win at around 35 seconds. The crowd was not happy and massively booed Lesnar as he exited.

6. Asuka, Sasha Banks, Bayley, and Mickie James defeated Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax, Mandy Rose, and Sonya Deville (w/Paige) in an eight-woman tag team match. Bayley took most of the beating during the match. Throughout the match, Bayley and Sasha continued their feud with each other as they would tag in different partners instead of one another. The end came when Bayley was looking for a hot tag from Mickie, who turned on Bayley and kicked her. Asuka then yanked Mickie off the apron and got the hot tag and locked in the Asuka Lock on Deville for the win. After the match, Sasha and Bayley kept stealing Asuka away from one another to pose for the crowd.

7. Seth Rollins and Finn Bálor defeated “The Bar” Sheamus and Cesaro via DQ in a Raw Tag Title match. The Bar retains. Rollins looked to get the win on Cesaro but Sheamus hit Rollins in the gut with a chair. The Bar looked to further attack Rollins and Bálor after the match, but they fought back. Bálor hit Cesaro across the back with the chair while Rollins gave Sheamus the Stomp. The best match of the night.

8. Roman Reigns defeated John Cena. Both superstars got mixed reactions from the crowd. Reigns won with a spear. After the match, Cena and Reigns raised hands to boos. The match was all hype. The Raw Tag Team Championship Match could have been the main event.
