Rich Swann has been cleared of all charges stemming from his December 10, 2017 arrest in Gainesville, Florida, according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com. Swann was charged with battery as well as kidnapping/false imprisonment following a dispute in his car with Vannarah Riggs, who wrestles as Su Yung.

Powell’s POV: WWE suspended Swann indefinitely at the time of his arrest per company policy. There’s no word as of this update as to whether the company intends to lift his suspension now that he has been cleared.
