Eddie Edwards visited the emergency room after being accidentally struck with a bat by Sami Callihan at Saturday’s Impact Wrestling television tapings. Prowrestling.net has learned at Edwards suffered a broken nose, a broken facial bone, and a couple of cuts. Surprisingly, doctors do not believe he suffered a concussion.

Powell’s POV: Edwards also addressed his injuries on Twitter by noting that he suffered a “couple broken bones, couple cuts, and a sweet black eye.” In a classy move, I was told that Edwards was driven to the hospital by Impact Wrestling and Anthem executive Ed Nordholm. You can find the full spoilers for all of this week’s Impact Wrestling tapings on the main page.
