WWE is advertising David Otunga as a panelist for Sunday’s Clash of Champions Kickoff Show. Otunga is listed on the WWE Network schedule page along with host Renee Young and fellow panelist Peter Rosenberg for Sunday’s show.

Powell’s POV: Otunga missed the WWE Survivor Series Kickoff Show after he and longtime girlfriend Jennifer Hudson split and she filed an order of protection against him while accusing him of “aggressive, threatening and harassing behavior.” Otunga denied the allegations through is attorney, and the order of protection was later dropped when Otunga and Hudson reached a temporary custody agreement regarding their son.

Otunga was never charged with a crime and therefore he is not in violation of the company’s domestic abuse policy, which reads as follows: “Upon arrest for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately suspended. Upon conviction for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately terminated.”
