The following matches are advertised for the WWE Clash of Champions pay-per-view, which will be held on December 17 in Boston, Massachusetts at TD Garden.

-AJ Styles vs. Jinder Mahal for the WWE Championship.

-The Usos vs. New Day vs. Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin in a Triple Threat for the Smackdown Tag Titles.

-Charlotte Flair vs. Natalya for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.

-Baron Corbin vs. Bobby Roode vs. Dolph Ziggler in a Triple Threat for the U.S. Championship.

Powell’s POV: WWE announced the Smackdown Tag Team, Smackdown Women’s, and U.S. Title matches on Friday. From a storyline standpoint, I’m not sure what Ziggler’s character has done to earn a spot in the U.S. Title match, and Gable and Benjamin just lost clean to New Day on Tuesday’s Smackdown Live. At any rate, all the title matches are set for the Smackdown exclusive pay-per-view event, meaning only non-title matches are left to be announced.
