WWE has announced that Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt will miss the TLC event on Sunday due to “medical issues.” WWE announced that Kurt Angle will team with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose to face Kane, Braun Strowman, The Miz, Sheamus, and Cesaro in the TLC main event. Meanwhile, AJ Styles will replace Wyatt, and will face Finn Balor at TLC. Read the official announcement at WWE.com.
Powell’s POV: A tough break for WWE, which built the show around The Shield reunion. Furthermore, Angle’s return to the ring should have come with far more fanfare, though obviously they are trying to come up with a suitable replacement for Reigns.
