WWE announced that Big Show (Paul Wight) will undergo surgery on his right hip on September 29. Show stated in a WWE.com interview that he will have the hip resurfaced.
Powell’s POV: Show was originally scheduled to undergo surgery this week, but it was pushed back due to Hurricane Irma. Show noted that he heard something snap when he performed a top rope elbow drop during his Raw match with Braun Strowman, but he is still unsure as to whether the snap came from his hip or elsewhere.
