The following matches are advertised for WWE SummerSlam, which takes place on August 20 in Brooklyn, New York at Barclays Center.
-Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman vs. Samoa Joe vs. Roman Reigns in a four-way for the WWE Universal Championship.
-Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley for the Raw Women’s Championship.
-Naomi vs. Natalya for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.
Powell’s POV: Angle announced the four-way main event on Raw, and Bayley defeated Sasha Banks on Raw to earn her title shot. Natalya won the five-way elimination match at Battleground to win the title shot. I assume we will be adding to this list coming out of tonight’s WWE Smackdown television show.
Naomi vs. Natalya has “pre-show” written all over it.
