WWE Tough Enough 3 winner Matt Cappotelli is undergoing brain surgery today to remove a portion of a large tumor. Cappotelli underwent surgery to remove the tumor a decade ago, but he wrote on his Facebook page that it returned. “It’s a very large tumor and there is a portion that is inoperable,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
