WWE reported that WWE Network had 1.661 million paid subscribers coming out of WrestleMania Sunday. The number was up from the 1.5 million subscriber mark the company was at on January 31.
Powell’s POV: WWE executives George Barrios and Michelle Wilson hosted a conference call today and touted “nearly two million subscribers” coming out of WrestleMania. Barrios eventually clarified the paid count and noted that the overall count, including free promotional users, was 1.949 million.
