Jeff Jarrett has accepted a role to return to TNA in a management position, according to a report by Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com. Jarrett’s former TNA creative team partner Dutch Mantell is also expected to work behind the scenes at the tapings in Orlando beginning tonight.
Powell’s POV: We can confirm that Jarrett has been telling people that he intends to also move forward with Global Force Wrestling, In fact, he’s told friends that the company will begin airing on television in the spring, though he has not shared any specifics. It’s worth noting that Jarrett was said to be working on some type of deal with the Nashville Fairgrounds in late 2016. It’s unclear whether those talks pertained to either TNA or GFW or something else.
