Hulk Hogan and Gawker Media have reached an undisclosed settlement over the sex tape lawsuit. “After four years of litigation funded by a billionaire with a grudge going back even further, a settlement has been reached,” Gawker founder Nick Denton wrote in a blog. Powell’s POV: Hogan was awarded $140 million by a Florida jury. The settlement ends the legal battle between the two sides. It will be interesting to see if Hogan and WWE end up doing business together now that the settlement has been reached. There’s been plenty of speculation that the company wants Hogan back for a role at WrestleMania 33.
