Billy Corgan’s spokesperson Lissa Druss Christman offered the following comment to Prowrestling.net regarding the legal action that Corgan is taking against TNA LLC, Dixie Carter, Serg Salinas, Impact Ventures, LLC, and TNA CFO Dean Broadhead.
“As president, Billy is looking out for the long-term interest of the company, its employees, its talent, as well as its stakeholders and contractors.”
Powell’s POV: Corgan filed a lawsuit on Wednesday in Nashville Chancery Court and was issued a temporary restraining order. A hearing is scheduled for Thursday in Nashville.
