Powell’s POV: A rough night for Raw with the heavily promoted Kevin Owens vs. Roman Reigns match not keeping the audience for the third hour. Monday Night Football delivered 12.961 million viewers for the early game, and 10.252 million for the second game. The first hour of Raw averaged 2.833 million viewers. Hour two drew 2.717 million viewers. The final hour of the show averaged 2.520 million viewers. We hope to have the actual rating later today.
