Former WWE and TNA wrestler Zach Gowen’s attempt to qualify for the American Ninja Warrior show aired on NBC last night. You can watch footage of Gowen running the obstacle course at the American Ninja Warrior Youtube page.
Powell’s POV: Gowen was a huge fan favorite and used a bit of showmanship when he removed his prosthetic leg moments before running the course. Fellow independent wrestler Gregory Iron attended the event with Gowen.
