WWE Friday Night Smackdown finished with 2.544 million viewers for Fox, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was down from the 2.601 million overnight count that came out on Saturday, but up from the previous episode of Friday Night Smackdown, which delivered 2.309 million viewers.
Powell’s POV: While many people have been talking about the effect that Raw and Smackdown talent have had on the NXT TV numbers, it will also be interesting to see how Smackdown performs if the brand split rules are back in play and they no longer have access to the Raw and NXT talent.
