Michael Bennett and Maria Kanellis-Bennett finished their runs with Ring of Honor at Friday’s Final Battle pay-per-view. As reported in the November 25 Dot Net Weekly audio show, their deals were expiring and this was expected to be their last date with the company barring the duo signing new deals. It was also noted in Dot Net Weekly that Bennett’s tag partner Matt Taven’s deal is up in April.
Powell’s POV: Maria even called out ROH on Twitter last month for advertising her and Bennett for January dates that they were not under contract for, so their departure is hardly a surprise. Maria has stated in the past that she would be happy if her husband signed a WWE developmental deal, but she joked that she would drop him off at the door, meaning that she had no interest at the time in returning to WWE. As such, TNA certainly can’t be ruled out as a potential landing spot for Bennett and Maria.

Wherever they end up, it’ll be a great addition.
