TKO executives hosted a conference call on the company’s third-quarter earnings report that was released on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at TKOgrp.com. The following are the WWE-related highlights of the call. Refresh the page for the latest updates.

-TKO Senior VP of Investor Relations Seth Zaslow read through the legalities.

-COO Mark Shapiro and CFO Andrew Schleimer hosted the call (no Ari Emanuel). Shapiro opened with his prepared statements, which included touting their relationship with Skydance/Paramount. Shapiro touted UFC’s live event sellout success.

-Shapiro said Raw on Netflix had another exceptional quarter, finishing in the top ten global streams in 12 of 14 weeks. He also noted WWE programming moved to Netflix in Japan last month. Shapiro touted the success of the September 6. Sunday Night’s Main Event show in Atlanta. He also mentioned the John Cena Classic and said it would feature Raw and SmackDown wrestlers facing NXT wrestlers.

-Schleimer ran through the financial report, and then they opened up the phone lines.

-The first caller asked for Shapiro’s thoughts on the risk of running shows in the Middle East if things continue to escalate. Shapiro said the risk is “extremely minimal.” He thinks they’ve endured by staging all of their events in the region flawlessly. “We are all systems go,” Shapiro said. He noted that Vice President JD Vance stated earlier in the day that the voters had spoken and that they need to wrap up the war in Iran. Shapiro said WrestleMania 43 in Saudi Arabia is not at any additional risk. He said they’ve already been paid half of the money for the show in advance. Shapiro said that if they had to move the event, they would still be paid the other half. He said they have contingency plans that are primarily in the United States. “Frankly, we’re not concerned,” he said.

-A caller noted that the SummerSlam numbers were down. He also mentioned the WrestleMania numbers were down compared to the year before. Shapiro said they planned for the numbers to be down because they were back in Las Vegas for the second year in a row. He also mentioned the U.S. government pissing off Canada as a factor. Shapiro said SummerSlam was held in Minneapolis, and they didn’t expect to produce the same numbers they would in New York/New Jersey. He mentioned their desire to hold the event in the Midwest. Shapiro spoke about the success of their television shows, including NXT. He mentioned the stiff competition that Monday’s Raw had, yet said they still did their highest-grossing event at Barclays Center. He pointed to some other attendance figures and said WWE business is strong.

-Shapiro responded to a question by talking about how they are in talks with Skydance about maximizing HBO, TNT, CBS, etc., to help Skydance maximize its return on the UFC deal on Paramount.

-Shapiro responded to a question by touting their partnership with Saudi Arabia. He also said they were in talks to have their first UFC event in Africa. Shapiro said he’s also excited about Nick Khan’s conversations about bringing WWE to Tokyo next year.

-A caller also asked about WrestleMania 43 attendance expectations and sponsorships. Schleimer said they have no issues with their partners. He said WrestleMania 43 would start a little earlier than usual. Shapiro gushed over the John Cena Classic being held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. He mentioned the Avengers tie-in and said Nick Khan is having title belts made that he expects will be big sellers. They wrapped up the call shortly thereafter.
