Brooke Hogan took to Instagram to address the sale of her late father Hulk Hogan’s mansion in Clearwater, Florida. Brooke stated that her father’s life changed following the breakup with his second wife, Jennifer McDaniel. “His whole environment, his energy, his work, his relationships,” Brooke wrote. “First Jen – who no one but me treated with respect. Then I was gone…the truth teller… I’m sure to everyone’s delight.
“And now it’s all gone. Sold for profit. Just like him…used for f—ing everyone else’s gain. Saddest ending I’ve ever seen. You know who TF you are.” Brooke also noted in a second post that she was there for her father before “vultures swooped in conveniently.” Read her full comments via Instagram.
Powell’s POV: Hulk Hogan died of a heart attack at age 71 on July 24, 2025. His Clearwater mansion sold last week for $5.9 million, and a guest cottage also sold for $2.8 million. Brooke requested to be removed from her father’s will in July 2023. “It’s what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets,” Brooke told TMZ.com in September 2025. “My dad knows I’m a hard worker and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time.”
Brooke’s decision to opt out of her father’s will is commendable, even if she later expressed regret. “It’s not about money,” she told Pagesix.com. It’s about doing the right thing and making sure that [Hulk] is represented in the correct ways, and his legacy lives on in the most positive way,” she said. “So, you know, there’s things I would definitely be doing differently if I were back in that seat.”
Hulk named his son Nick as the sole beneficiary of his estate. Although Nick spoke positively about his sister during a TVInsider.com interview, Brooke told Usmagazine.com in August that she and Nick “are not in communication, and his characterization of our relationship does not reflect my experience.”
